From fitted and managed incubator space to CAT-A laboratories, Victoria House’s flexible floorplans allow for bespoke fit-outs and flexible operations. Start-ups and more established tenants alike will all benefit from six air changes per hour and up to 65% CL2 laboratories.

Incubator space

The seventh floor 23,000 sq ft incubator space offers the chance to be part of a community of like-minded organisations at similar stages of growth, beginning with a single bench in a Co-Lab and then moving into their own dedicated space. First-class facilities and administrative and write-up support are combined with common lab equipment, a skilled operations team, and a schedule of events and networking opportunities – as well as all the other critical services and support that early-stage companies need to hit the ground running.

It’s also possible to rent a dedicated space within the incubator. This provides the perfect stepping stone for early-stage businesses, with premium equipment upgrade options available in addition to all the other benefits of the incubator space.
